Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 17, 2026
NONETRACE is built on the principle that privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation. Our products are designed to work without cookies, personal data, or tracking identifiers. This policy explains what minimal data we collect through this website and how we handle it.
1. Who We Are
NONETRACE is a product of LinkAppeal S.r.l., with registered office at Registered office: Via Vittoria Colonna 14, 80121 Naples, Italy
Operational office: Via Boccaccio 2, 80123 Naples, Italy. VAT: IT07341001217. For privacy inquiries, contact us at info@nonetrace.com.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
Unlike most companies, we start with what we do not collect — because the list of what we collect is intentionally short.
- No tracking cookies — this website sets zero first-party tracking cookies
- No fingerprinting — we do not use browser fingerprinting, canvas fingerprinting, or any device identification technique
- No personal identifiers — no IP logging, no user IDs, no session replay
- No third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising SDKs
- No data sales — we never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
3. What We Collect
3.1 Contact Form Submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- First name, last name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Subject and message content
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — you actively choose to submit the form.
Retention: We retain contact form data for up to 12 months, then delete it unless an ongoing business relationship exists.
3.2 Calendly Booking
If you book a call through the embedded Calendly widget, Calendly processes your data under their own privacy policy. The Calendly widget is loaded only after you explicitly accept third-party cookies via our consent banner.
3.3 YouTube Embeds
We embed presentation videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No cookies are set until you actively click play. When you play a video, YouTube may set cookies according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies
This website uses only the following cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| nonetrace_consent | Stores your cookie consent choice | 365 days | Functional |
| wp_lang / _icl_* | Language preference (WPML) | Session | Functional |
No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. No tracking cookies.
If it were up to us, the cookie consent banner on this site would not exist. We set zero tracking cookies. The banner exists solely because third-party embeds (Calendly) may set their own cookies when loaded.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
To exercise any of these rights, email info@nonetrace.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Security
All data transmitted to and from this website is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Contact form submissions are sent via authenticated SMTP and processed through Google Workspace. Google servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in compliance with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
7. International Transfers
YouTube (Google) and Calendly are US-based services. When you interact with these embeds, data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
